We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, mission-critical products. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations, including production planning and scheduling

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory management

Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and on-time delivery

Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Lead and develop operations and production teams

Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and leadership teams

Qualifications

5+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience

Strong knowledge of production, supply chain, and process improvement

Experience in manufacturing environments (industrial, mechanical, or defense preferred)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Preferred

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Background in defense, government contracting, or logistics
