Market Analyst

1. Work under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager and report to the Marketing Manager on a daily basis.

2. Participate in market research to collect market information and data of the real estate industry.

3. Collect and analyze market data and economic facts on housing/leasing demographics and preferences to identify potential markets and factors affecting the supply/demand.

4. Plan and execute events, such as open houses, real estate seminars, or community outreach to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

5. Gather and analyze data regarding web traffic, social media performance, and marketing campaigns of targeted and non-targeted real-estate ads to identify new business opportunities.
