Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Designer who can design and produce high-quality multimedia content across various platforms, including paid social, DSPs, and ad networks.
This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, animation, and video production, with the ability to adapt creative assets for performance-driven marketing environments. The Creative Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure creative outputs align with campaign objectives, platform requirements, and brand standards.
As part of Creative Services, this role contributes directly to creative scale, quality, and execution speed, supporting global teams during mid-shift coverage.
Working Hours / Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila time)
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise, design, and produce multimedia creative assets, including:
Static ads
Motion graphics
Video content
Adapt and optimise assets for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Ad Networks)
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines
Collaborate with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers on execution
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Participate in creative iterations based on performance insights and feedback
Incorporate AI tools and automation where applicable to improve efficiency
Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables
Stay current with industry trends in digital advertising and multimedia design
Required Skills / Experience
Core Requirements
2-5+ years of experience in:
Multimedia production
Motion graphics
Video editing
Digital or performance advertising design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Solid understanding of:
Composition
Typography
Colour theory
Visual storytelling
Experience producing assets for digital and mobile-first platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with:
Figma, Canva, Procreate
Interactive or emerging design tools
Familiarity with performance-driven creative optimisation, including:
A/B testing
Iterative creative improvements
Exposure to AI-powered creative tools (e.g. generative design, automation tools)
Experience working with global or distributed teams
