Lamination Machine Assistant - 2nd Shift

Shift: 2PM-10:30PM

This role supports the Lamination Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment by assisting with machine setup, material loading, roll changes, and cleanup. Responsibilities include performing basic quality checks, mixing primers, monitoring production processes, handling materials and finished rolls, and maintaining accurate production records. The position also helps with job changeovers and learns all aspects of machine operation to advance into an Operator role.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (technical degree preferred) with 5+ years of manufacturing experience. Requires strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to follow work instructions and cGMP standards.
