What to Expect The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a dedicated Collision Pre Appointment Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service for one of the world's most innovative vehicle brands.

In this position, you will support our Internal Collision Centers by managing the pre-appointment process across North America, ensuring seamless customer experiences through meticulous coordination of repair processes, proactive communication, and adherence to Tesla's high standards of excellence.

Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining trust and satisfaction as you guide customers through every step of their repair journey.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
