Leveraging your expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical methods, you will analyze diverse datasets, synthesize findings, and deliver executive-quality insights.
Your work will shape the next generation of research, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of empathy and innovation.
You will partner closely with product leadership, senior business executives, and cross-functional teams to champion user experience and integrate research into design and development.
As a people manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities: * 6+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or data science.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: * 5+ years of experience planning and executing user research studies, including quantitative and big data analysis.

* Proficient in statistical concepts and methods, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex findings to senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, and managing junior team members.
* Ability to drive multiple initiatives independently and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * PhD/Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Social Science, or a related field.
