What you will be doing: * Work in the field with District staff to ensure the appraisal process complies with all laws and regulations * Provide production support to the District in all levels of the appraisal discipline * Provide hands-on training to District Staff Who we are looking for: * An expert in eminent domain appraisal * Ability to solve complex appraisal issues in compliance with laws and regulations * Self-motivated worker with the ability to efficiently manage assignments * Ability to communicate complex issues and feedback to staff and consultants Benefits to you: * Enjoy an excellent work/life balance.
