Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide top-notch care while ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure exceptional quality of care

Managing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans

Conducting regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards

Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff

Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols

Your Qualifications:

Valid state nursing license

Advanced degree or certification preferred

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Interest in the needs of elderly and chronically ill patients

Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
