We’re currently hiring a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you’re a hands-on problem-solver who values customer service and enjoys working in a collaborative environment—this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Travel daily to customer locations across Indiana and neighboring states

Perform commercial service work including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

Handle general plumbing and mechanical work in retail and commercial environments

Prioritize daily service calls and manage time effectively while working independently

Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and internal teams

Ensure all documentation and service reports are completed and submitted daily

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (details discussed during interview)

Support the success of the entire team by living out our core values

What You Bring:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field (plumbing, HVAC, general commercial repair)

Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
