Part-Time Vacation Rental Cleaner
12–25 hours a week
Schedule: 4–6 hour shifts Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
$16.50 an hour

Responsibilities
Our cleaners are responsible for cleaning and preparing homes for the next rental. Duties include:
Efficiently cleaning assigned units
Making beds and stocking towels
Monitoring and restocking amenities (toiletries, coffee, paper products, etc.)
Reporting any damage, needed repairs, or lost and found items to the Operations Manager
Washing and folding dirty bed linens and towels
Occasionally disposing of refuse
Requirements
12–25 hours per week
Must be available and ready to work a flexible schedule based on bookings
Reliable, registered transportation
Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance (bring CDL and insurance card to interview)
Able to work with a partner or team and accept constructive feedback
Excellent communication skills
Smartphone with the ability to download and use apps
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of cleanliness
Able to communicate issues via phone and text
Will work in multiple locations throughout the Kern River Valley
