Job Description Product Recovery Service Technician Columbus, OH (On-Site) $25.00 per hour Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Full-TimeJob Overview We are hiring a Product Recovery Service Technician in Columbus, OH to repair and service outdoor power equipment, including portable generators.

This role focuses on diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards before returning to customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on engine repair experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and enjoys working in a technical repair environment.Responsibilities Diagnose and repair portable generators and outdoor power equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and performance issues Perform repairs using diagnostic tools and technical manuals Document repairs and maintain accurate service records Work with Customer Service and Quality teams to resolve product issues Support improvements to repair processes and service procedures Assist with training and onboarding of new technicians when neededQualifications 2+ years of mechanical or engine repair experience Experience with small engines, generators, or outdoor power equipment preferred Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues Comfortable using diagnostic tools and repair documentation Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Strong attention to detail and reliabilityPhysical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand and work with tools for extended periods PandoLogic., Location: Blacklick, OH - 43004, PL: 603060115
