Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. You will work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am. This role is crucial in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, offering a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.

Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.

Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.

Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.

Meet production deadlines and goals.

Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.

Operate and maintain machinery.

Essential Skills

Experience in production and machine operation.

Proficiency with general labor tasks and machine operating.

Ability to use tape measures and familiarity with CNC operations.

Troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Mechanical and general production knowledge.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a plastic manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled. The pace of work is steady and does not involve heavy lifting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for your tasks.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
