In this role, you will operate Set up, break down CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and components, ensuring that our production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
