Job Description:

As a Shot Crewmember at Two Eight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and setting up shot blasting equipment

Operating shot blasting machinery safely and efficiently

Inspecting surfaces to ensure they meet required specifications

Performing routine maintenance on equipment

Assisting with loading and unloading materials

Following all safety protocols and procedures

Traveling to various job sites (30% travel required)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a laborer or similar role

Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Willingness to travel (30% travel required)

Must have reliable transportation

Commitment to safety and teamwork

High school diploma or equivalent
