Armed Security Guard

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

As an Armed Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and effective conflict management.

Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities * Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect any suspicious activity * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing immediate assistance as needed.

* Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity.

* Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations until medical personnel arrive.

* Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents or investigations.

* Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.

* Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in loss prevention and conflict management.

Requirements * Valid armed security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.

* Must have a vehicle and Valid Drivers License.

* Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.

* Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.

* Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.

* Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

* Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
