Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, providing knowledgeable menu guidance, processing payments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hospitable demeanor, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, positive attitude throughout their visit
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, answer guest inquiries, and make thoughtful recommendations
Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders to the kitchen
Prepare and deliver beverages and food items in a timely manner
Process guest payments accurately and with integrity
Keep service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with company and legal standards
Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction
Proactively minimize safety risks by adhering to all safety guidelines
Maintain punctual and regular attendance
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Assist team members and other departments as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Hotel food & beverage experience strongly preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in an indoor restaurant environment
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Regularly required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must be able to operate standard restaurant and office equipment Additional Information

The hotel operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays; scheduling is based on business needs
