Job Summary

A Bin There Dump That Delivery Driver is responsible for optimizing customer satisfaction by delivering roll off dumpsters in a safe and timely manner to our residential and contractor customers. Our drivers are Delivery Experts and are the face of our business. They love to work independently, and they love to help others. They take pride in being able to help our customers complete their projects and take away the waste in a safe and timely manner.

Licensing & Certification Requirements:

Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record is required and you must be insurable.

Uniform:

We will provide you with a company branded shirt and hat. Coats are provided depending on the weather. Hard hat and safety gloves will be provided. Employees must provide their own steel toed work boots.

Perks & Pay:

$20 - $22 per hour starting pay.

PTO, vacation, bonuses, discounts on dumpsters.

Qualifications:

First and foremost, a great attitude is required!

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team

Someone that loves to interact and provide excellent customer service

Someone with a clean driving record

Having a good understanding of the local area and neighborhoods will be a benefit

Commercial vehicle operation experience is ideal but not required

Ability to perform physical jobs will be beneficial

Ability to pass drug screening upon hiring and random drug screenings.

Specific Skills:

Able to drive a company provided vehicle in a safe manner, delivering roll off dumpsters to customers homes and picking up the dumpster to empty at the end of their project

Safe removal of waste through the safe navigation of local transfer sites and dumps.

Pre-Planned route and travel using GPS

Oversee and maintain the vehicle competing daily vehicle inspection reports.
