NOW HIRING: Entry-Level Machine Operators All shifts (Training Provided) - Brillion, WI

Looking for a steady manufacturing job with reliable hours and a clear path to grow? This well-known Brillion manufacturer is hiring entry-level Machine Operators and will train the right people from day one.

PAY + SHIFT OPTIONS

1st Shift: Mon-Thurs 4:30 AM-2:30 PM $17/hr

2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 2:30 PM-12:30 AM $19/hr

Includes $2/hr shift premium (training may begin on 1st shift for 1+ weeks)

3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 9:30 PM-5:30 AM $18/hr

Includes $1/hr shift premium (training begins on 1st shift for 3 weeks)

There will be Mandatory overtime on Fridays

Operate and monitor production equipment safely

Follow standard work instructions to ensure quality

Inspect parts and communicate issues as needed

Support your team to meet daily production goals

Keep your work area clean and organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Willingness to learn and follow processes/training

Able to stand for the shift and perform repetitive motions

Able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed

Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination

Safety-minded and works well with a team
