CNC Operator

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3:15PM-1:45AM

Job Summary

Manpower is seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join their production team. In this role, you will set up and run machines to produce high-quality parts. You’ll also monitor equipment and check parts to make sure they meet specifications. Attention to detail is very important.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines

Read blueprints and work orders

Measure and inspect parts for accuracy

Monitor machines and fix minor issues

Adjust machine settings as needed

Replace worn tools and maintain equipment

Follow safety guidelines at all times

CNC lathes (multi-axis, live tooling)

Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls

MRP software (job tracking)

CNC mill experience is a plus

Keep records of production and quality checks

Communication issues between shifts

Requirements

3–5 years of CNC experience

High School Diploma or GED

Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail

Drug Test and Background check

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Experience with brass, stainless steel, or plastics

Experience with multi-axis CNC lathes and live tooling required

Experience with brands like Kia, Hwacheon, Nakamura, or Mori is a plus
