About the Role We are an exciting new startup looking for a skilled, versatile Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. Unlike high-volume assembly-line shops, we are looking for a "Combo Tech" who can take a project from start to finish, handling everything from dent repair and body filling to the final paint and finish. Key Responsibilities Metal & Body Work: Perform high-quality dent repairs, metal straightening, and body filling.

Focused Assembly: Remove and replace bolt-on body panels, bumpers, and trim specifically for EV models.

Surface Prep: Sand, mask, and prime vehicles to ensure a flawless surface for painting. Refinishing: Mix and match paint colors; operate spray equipment to apply basecoats and clearcoats. Quality Control: Buff and polish finished work to ensure a factory-quality (or better) finish. Project Management: Manage your workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards. Requirements & Qualifications Tool Ownership: You must possess and maintain your own set of professional-grade hand and power tools (we provide all shop equipment and job materials). Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in both body repair and automotive painting. Technical Skill: Deep understanding of modern paint systems and body repair techniques. Reliability: As a startup, we rely on our team to be punctual and professional. Attention to Detail: An "eagle eye" for panel alignment and paint texture.
