Lead Press Brake Operator (CNC) – Kingston, NY

Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm)

A growing manufacturing company in the Kingston area is seeking a Lead Press Brake Operator with hands-on CNC fabrication experience. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to work with a skilled production team.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Amada, Cincinnati, or similar)

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Select appropriate tooling and perform full machine setups

Perform precise metal bending and forming operations to meet specifications

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools

Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and consistency

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWhat We’re Looking For

2+ years of press brake setup and operation experience

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Experience working with sheet metal fabrication

High attention to detail and commitment to quality
