Now Hiring: Packaging & Production Supervisors (2 Open Roles)

Location: Faribault, MN

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Packaging Supervisor (2nd Shift): 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

️ Production Supervisor (3rd Shift): 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify two strong supervisors to lead operations across Packaging and Production.

These roles are ideal for hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving team performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shift operations in packaging or production

Ensure safety, quality, and production targets are consistently achieved

Monitor KPIs including productivity, downtime, and waste

Troubleshoot equipment and operational challenges

Train, coach, and develop team members

Enforce safety and compliance standards (GMP, OSHA, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, QA, Operations)

Maintain accurate production and labor records

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in real time

Experience with production lines, packaging systems, or manufacturing equipment

Safety-first mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
