Pediatric Setting Raynham, MA (Hybrid Options Available)

Sunflower Development Center is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as a Temporary or Interim SLP Supervisor. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys leadership, mentorship, and program support and is looking for a short-term or flexible supervisory opportunity.

This position will support our pediatric speech program during a transitional period and focuses on clinical oversight, supervision, and collaboration, rather than maintaining a full caseload.

Hybrid (on-site and remote supervision options may be available)

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLPs and CFs

Support clinical quality, documentation, and treatment planning

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (ABA, OT, Admin)

Assist with program continuity, training, and clinical guidance

Support compliance with state licensure and professional standards

Serve as a clinical resource during program transitions

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Massachusetts SLP license

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Pediatric experience required (early intervention and/or clinic-based)

Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills
