Project Manager – Critical Environments (Telecommunications / Low Voltage / Fiber)

Project sites are located across Belgium, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Qualifications for SuccessCandidates should ideally bring:3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within telecommunications, low-voltage systems, or fiber optics constructionA Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a construction-related discipline1+ years managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, laboratories, hospitals)MEP experience in ground-up construction projectsStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAn ambitious and proactive mindset, with a strong interest in construction and project management and the desire to grow within a dynamic and modern organisation

Role OverviewThe Critical Environments team is a highly skilled and empowered group specialising in construction management for complex facilities such as data centres and hospitals. The team is trusted by clients to help deliver large-scale, high-impact projects successfully.Working as an owner's representative, the Project Manager supports clients by explaining complex issues, managing conflicts, and advising on matters outside the owner's core expertise. The role focuses on ensuring clients can make informed decisions that keep projects on schedule and within scope and budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-visibility, career-building construction projectsPlay an integral role within the team, mentoring colleagues and providing leadershipManage project scope, schedule, and budgetIndependently manage full project scopes while contributing to wider programmesWork autonomously and take ownership of project deliveryBuild strong client relationships and maintain the client's vision as a trusted partnerLead project risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning for schedule and budgetConduct requirements gathering and needs assessmentsManage construction programmes involving fiber optic systems and low-voltage telecom/security infrastructure in data centre environmentsAnticipate risks and proactively solve complex project and team challenges
