Machine Operator

We’re looking for an experienced Laser / Punch Press Operator to join a small, tight-knit second shift team at a precision fabrication shop in Boulder County.

This shop works primarily in aerospace and oil & gas, doing high-quality sheet metal fabrication in an AS9100-certified environment.

This is a family-owned company with a clean, well-organized shop and a team that really knows how to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing:Operate CNC punch press and/or laser cutting machines for sheet metal productionSet up and run jobs according to production requirements and work instructionsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsInspect parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standardsMonitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as neededMaintain a clean and organized workspaceCollaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow What You'll Need:Experience in sheet metal fabricationHands-on experience with CNC punch press or laser cutting equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred QualificationsExperience operating both punch and laser equipmentExperience with combination punch/laser machinesExperience in aerospace or AS9100 manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of GD&T Compensation $28 – $32/hour depending on experience +$1.50/hour shift differential Excellent benefits package Schedule Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM If you want to run advanced punch and laser equipment, be part of a smooth, drama-free shift, and work with a group that’s serious about quality and teamwork, this could be a great fit.
