Salary/Hourly Rate: Estimated annual salary range: $100,00–$120,000 Position Overview: The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and operational support to a Partner and the Primaries team.

The role ensures efficient execution of strategic priorities, facilitates client engagement, and manages internal processes.

Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and proactive problem-solving to support business objectives and maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, travel, and appointmentsCoordinate and direct office services, records, departmental finances, and personnel issuesPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documentsFacilitate client engagement and communication, ensuring timely follow-upSupport execution of strategic priorities and project managementConduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for executive reviewGreet visitors and determine access to executivesPrepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings and eventsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionTrain and supervise lower-level clerical staff as needed 23 Required Experience/Skills:Minimum 7 years supporting senior executives in financial services or advisory environmentsAdvanced organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive problem-solving and attention to detailHigh level of discretion and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business softwareAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlines 23 Preferred Experience/Skills:Experience in private markets, investment advisory, or boutique financial firmsFamiliarity with client engagement and project management toolsExposure to global business operations and cross-cultural communication Education Requirements:Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or related field
