Plant Manager

We’ve been retained to recruit a Plant Director for an international brand with a growing U.S.

manufacturing presence, based in Lexington, KY.

Ideal candidates will bring: BS degree (Engineering or related field preferred)A strong mechanical background and technical problem-solving skills5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environmentProven success driving Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, or similar)A servant leadership approach focused on coaching and developing peopleAbility to track and improve KPIs across safety, quality, and productivityExperience with plant expansions or major capital projects (a plus) Location: Lexington, KY
