Learn more about our work: ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and test printed circuit boards (PCBs) containing both through-hole and surface-mounted componentsPerform SMT/SMD chip removal and replacement using soldering irons and hot-air rework stationsRemove and replace through-hole componentsIdentify and recognize electronic components and IC packagesPerform trace repair and board-level troubleshootingUse diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters (DVM), oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipmentConduct testing and inspection to ensure repaired modules meet quality standardsAssist with TIPM module testing, repair, and refurbishment Must-Have QualificationsBasic knowledge of electronic components and circuitsHands-on experience using soldering irons, hot-air rework stations, and bench toolsExperience removing and replacing surface-mounted componentsFamiliarity with DVMs, oscilloscopes, and other common PCB testing toolsAbility to perform PCB trace repairStrong attention to detail and quality workmanship Nice-to-Have QualificationsIPC or soldering certificationDegree or training in electronics technology or hardware repairExperience working with automotive electronics2+ years of professional electronics repair experience Position DetailsSchedule: Monday – FridayShift options: Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMFull-timeOn-site only – Canoga Park, CA BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off If you’re passionate about electronics and want to build expertise in a highly specialized field, MAKS offers a unique opportunity to work on the systems that keep modern vehicles running.
