This leadership role will manage a team of engineers and technicians who collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency, ensure product quality, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.Drive quality initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and downtime.Implement and sustain continuous improvement methods.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Analyze production data to improve system performance and product consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product trials and process enhancements.Investigate and resolve customer complaints; lead root cause and corrective action efforts.Contribute to capital projects, technology upgrades, and long-term engineering strategies.

Engineering Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).7+ years of engineering in a manufacturing setting.Proven experience leading teams or technical projects.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality tools, and data analysis.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Experience with customer-focused quality systems preferred.
