Program Manager

Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the management of large, complex programs that span multiple IT and business departments.

In this role, you will support the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and third-party vendors while managing project dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain program roadmaps and plans across multiple related work effortsManage cross-functional teams, project dependencies, milestones, and deliverablesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholdersProactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple functions and initiativesFacilitate meetings with large audiences and complex topicsCommunicate program updates and progress through presentations, strategic dialogue, and written reportingLiaise with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and manage expectationsMonitor program financials and recommend budget adjustments when neededProvide oversight across multiple projects to resolve conflicts, resource constraints, and critical path issues Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field7+ years of project management experience, including project initiation, execution, and delivery Preferred Skills:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredExperience in the hospitality industryFamiliarity with project management tools (Smartsheet preferred)Experience with Agile delivery or Agile project management on IT projectsStrong presentation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
