Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician
As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate from $20-$25/hour, based on experience
