Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and engaging talent across a variety of roles and a proven ability to manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through hiring manager submission.

Responsibilities:

Actively recruit for a wide range of positions across functions and levels.

Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and organizational needs.

Conduct structured interviews and assess competencies and fit.

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.

Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.

1-3 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments. Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for multiple disciplines or high-volume roles.
