Full-Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of various web applications. In this role, you will apply your open-mindedness and agility to collaborate with our business groups, seeking ways to streamline, visualize, and continually improve their workflows.

Requirements

Work with the product owner, end users, and other developers to understand business/technical requirements

Develop and deploy new platform features that enhance the lending process, prioritizing performance, security, and user-centric design.

Design data models and workflows that leverage Dwight’s proprietary data and machine learning algorithms

Build features in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, and Node.js, all hosted on AWS

Produce clean, efficient code that provides lift in the sales process, proactively identifies risk to the business, and increases process efficiency

Write practical unit tests and achieve good coverage
