Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen).

Facilitate and lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and optimize standard work procedures and manufacturing layouts.

Train and mentor production teams on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.

Drive initiatives for cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to achieve operational excellence.

Utilize root cause analysis tools to solve complex manufacturing problems and prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, TPM).

Proven experience leading and implementing process improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or manufacturing simulation tools

Experience integrating Lean principles with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, predictive analytics)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
