The Role:

As a junior Remote Immigration Case Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting clients throughout their immigration process. You’ll manage cases from beginning to end, ensuring all work complies with applicable immigration laws and regulations. We also offer regular pay increases based on performance and experience.

- Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of immigration cases

- Prepare, draft, and file immigration applications and petitions

- Meet with clients, gather information, and collect required supporting documents

- Keep up to date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures

- Share regular updates with clients on case status

- Collaborate closely with legal teams and external partners

- Contribute to a proactive team dedicated to delivering exceptional immigration services

Ideal Profile:

The successful candidate combines strong subject-matter knowledge with excellent people skills.

- Background in customer service or case management

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, especially with the use of technology, such as AI

- Strong communication skills in English are a must

Ability to speak other languages is a plus but not required (Spanish, Portugese, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, etc.)
