Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications.

Perform setup, changeover, and adjustment of presses for various production runs.

Monitor machine operation and product quality, making necessary adjustments.

Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of press equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.

Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Load raw materials and unload finished products from presses.

Recommended Qualifications

2+ years of experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., punch, hydraulic, brake presses).

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting.

Experience using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures) for quality control.

Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Bonus Qualifications

Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.

Basic machining or tool & die repair experience.

Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).

Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
