Our client is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, support the service team, and ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and efficiency while delivering an excellent guest experience.
Experience & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of food, beverage, and bar service operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Manage opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational standards.
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure effective team collaboration.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Support inventory management, stock control, and supply ordering.
Assist in achieving revenue targets while controlling operational costs.
