Proposal Writer

As a Proposal Writer at Commercial Waste Removal LLC, you will be responsible for creating compelling proposals to win new business and maintain existing client relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to gather information and craft customized proposals that showcase our services and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Researching and understanding client needs and requirements.

Developing written proposals that clearly articulate the company offerings.

Creating and maintaining proposal templates and content library.

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

Proofreading and editing proposals for accuracy and clarity.

Meeting proposal deadlines and ensuring timely submission.

Following up on submitted proposals and addressing any client queries or feedback.

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in proposal writing or a similar role.

Desired Experience:

1 year minimum of experience in proposal writing, sales, or marketing.

Experience in the waste management or related industry is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $73,000 per year

Maximum Salary: $117,000 per year
