We’re hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day execution on-site while ensuring safety, schedule, and quality expectations are met.

You’ll serve as the field leader, coordinating all trades, working closely with ownership and design teams, and keeping projects moving forward without friction.

5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision

Proven ability to lead large, complex ground-up projects (typically $20M–$50M+)

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination

Experience working with multiple stakeholders (owners, A/E teams, subs, inspectors)

Ability to lead teams in union or multi-trade environments

Solid communication skills and field leadership presence
