Position Overview
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing strategic projects including systems integrations, new product development, supply chain initiatives, and technology improvements. This role manages the full lifecycle of projects from pre-initiation planning through post-production hypercare.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple complex projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and interacting with senior leadership. This position ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with quality standards.
The PM will follow industry-standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, PMO standards, and structured project governance processes, and should be familiar with Stage Gate approaches for product or project development.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are critical to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and successful delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects including new product development, technology upgrades, system integrations, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Partner with executive sponsors, project leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning, monitoring, and reporting
Manage project issues and facilitate resolution while maintaining transparency with leadership and stakeholders
Oversee project change management, evaluating impacts and obtaining appropriate approvals
Monitor project performance and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success
Drive timely decision-making among stakeholders and proactively manage critical project paths
Collaborate with other Project Managers to reinforce PMO standards, tools, and best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and governance
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
PMP certification preferred
3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Innovation Project Management, or a related field
Experience managing SDLC-driven projects and process improvement initiatives
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
