About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at St. John's. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compassionate care to our residents. Your primary goal will be to maintain the highest level of quality resident care and safety in our long-term care community. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active LPN license in MN

Ability to maintain quality patient care and safety standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electronic medical records

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience with wound care

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Skills:

As an LPN, you will utilize your skills in maintaining quality resident care, safety standards, and compassionate care on a daily basis.
