Overview:
Signalink is looking to hire a Project Analyst who will work with a diverse team of engineering, logistics, and aircraft professionals out of Huntsville, AL in support of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD).
Responsibilities and Duties:
Participate in and provide recommendations, input and analysis on interface and mission direction, coordination and management with other government agencies, contractors and DOD agencies, and organic support activities
Provide input for briefings and presentations
Prepare and provide input for conferences, special training requirements, meetings, and program reviews in support of special studies and analyses
Provide consultation and advisory support in the areas of process and controls, special studies, organization and operations, talent management, and policies and procedures
Provide input in the development of the strategic goals and a strategic plan in order to implement DOD, DA, acquisition policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Directorate's strategic plan.
Gather and maintain organizational metrics to determine strategic plan effectiveness
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma
+10 years of Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Must be detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines, possess strong organizational skills, and a strong team player
Interim secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain a fully adjudicated secret clearance. Signalink is willing to sponsor the clearance process
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Experience and Knowledge:
Experience with front office support in a previous role
Experience with strategic planning
