As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the Gemini release process.

Monitor and advance progress through downstream approvals and release processes.

Maintain and enforce access control for GenAI assets.

* Implement technical automation or process improvements to enhance release processes and strengthen the reliability of release systems.

* Manage communication with internal partners and stakeholders regarding release status.

Facilitate workflows across teams to ensure smooth process execution.

* Develop and maintain process documentation.

Create and deliver process training.

Contribute to continuous process improvement.

* Manage communication channels and information distribution.

Contribute to the identification and resolution of system issues.
