Lead Machine Operator Job Details:
Pay: $24-$25/hour (plus a $1 increase upon permanent conversion)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Lead Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Set up and break down production runs
Operate and monitor production line equipment
Perform visual inspections of materials during production
Accurately log run data on production records
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate production or quality issues to the appropriate team members
Perform small-batch mixing and dilution of coatings as needed
Lead Machine Operator Requirements:
Previous machine operation experience
Experience leading or supervising other team members
Basic math skills (fractions and decimals)
Ability to follow production and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with heavy lifting and standing/walking for the full shift
Manufacturing background preferred; coding/converting experience is a plus
