Job Description:

The Distribution Warehouse Support position is primarily responsible for ensuring that coffee sets at our main grocer accounts stay clean and organized. The position also involves assisting and covering for all current Distribution positions as needed. This ranges from our local direct delivery drivers whose duties include visiting grocery accounts and selling as demand requires as well as delivering any local wholesale account orders that are prepared by fulfillment. The other main position that would be covered is warehouse fulfillment. Those responsibilities include packaging and preparing orders for wholesale and walk-in customers as well as stocking, rotating and organizing products in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting goals, and has experience in inventory software and databases. This position will also drive a company vehicle, so a candidate with a clean driving record and valid, unexpired driver's license is required

This position reports directly to the Distribution Manager.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

Maintain, clean, prep and organize coffee sets to be swapped at our main grocer's.

Conduct routine upkeep and cleaning of delivery vehicles.

Cover for route drivers and distribution warehouse personnel during sick or vacation times, which require working various hours as business needs require.

Planning and adjusting store routes as necessary.

Deliver and sell to accounts throughout western Washington state.

Support route drivers during company and store promotions.

Restock and rotate products for delivery vehicles.

Rotate and stock product accordingly for the wholesale warehouse.

Pull orders accurately to be delivered to wholesale customers.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Clean driving record with valid, unexpired driver's license.

Ability to safely operate up to 26' company box truck (no CDL required)

Previous driving experience is preferred.

Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. frequently.

Requires employee to use fingers, hands, wrists, and arms 100% of the time.

Able to work varied shifts while standing and physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.

Perform repetitive tasks consistently.

Basic math, reading and writing skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel and Word.

Salary Description

$20.00/Hour + DOE
