Job Details

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial construction

4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent technical training and relevant experience

Proven expertise in construction management/supervision, finance, and estimating

Strong knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, union labor jurisdictions, negotiations, project costs, scheduling, quality control, and safety requirements

Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize team performance

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
