About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Expert to join our innovative team. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting robust concrete structures that stand the test of time. Working collaboratively with your team and under the guidance of a Foreman, you will ensure precision and quality in every aspect of your work. Your role will include erecting and setting forms for foundations, structures, and other site projects by adhering closely to detailed specifications and drawings. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in tilt-wall forms, symon forms, and other structural forms used for columns, decks, elevator cores, parking garages, and cast-in-place concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels efficiently to meet project requirements.

Expertly create footings, column pads, and other structural concrete components.

Install and align embedded items, including anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware.

Assist in the layout and development of construction plans to ensure accuracy.

Strip forms after concrete panels are poured, adhering to high-quality standards.

Manage and track tools to optimize productivity on the job site.

Qualifications:

Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings.

Strong physical abilities and stamina to meet job demands.

Preferred experience with tilt-up panels and associated processes.

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willing to work weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

Ability to provide essential carpentry hand tools.

OSHA Certification or a willingness to obtain it as necessary.

Working Conditions:

Work outdoors in diverse environmental conditions.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
