Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to drive the design and implementation of effective and scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.

Position Overview: In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise and strategic insights to serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients. You will work alongside stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions while influencing our enterprise architecture. As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will have the chance to explore the latest Salesforce technologies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Support architectural governance and compliance, contributing to the establishment of principles, guidelines, and standards.

Participate in solution architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

Evaluate and select suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms.

Take an active role in analyzing technology trends and impacts and assess vendor options.

Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions that fulfill business requirements.

Translate business and technical requirements into effective solution designs.

Define system integration strategies to ensure component interoperability.

Guide development teams throughout the implementation of solutions.

Oversee the architecture for broader project scopes and create roadmaps for portfolio evolution.

Conduct assessments of existing Salesforce usage and produce reports with actionable insights.

Create prototypes to validate solutions and inform design choices.

Document robust data models and design secure solutions across Salesforce clouds.

Manage deployment and release activities in alignment with DevOps best practices.

Engage in project planning and scoping efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in an architectural role.

Preferred certifications in Salesforce Solution Architecture.

Thorough understanding of Salesforce platform and development tools.

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, AI, and machine learning concepts.

Strong analytical and communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
