YOUR ROLE:
As a Lead Oracle WMS Consultant, you will spearhead the design, configuration, and delivery of groundbreaking warehouse management solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud WMS. You will lead functional designs, facilitate client workshops, and guide project teams through comprehensive implementations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading requirement gathering sessions and creating solution designs for Oracle Cloud WMS.
Designing workflows for inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and cross docking to meet client requirements.
Translating business needs into functional specifications and integration designs for Oracle WMS.
Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating solutions.
Overseeing data migrations, testing phases, and cutover planning associated with warehouse operations.
Providing mentorship to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client subject matter experts.
Creating detailed project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, functional designs, Standard Operating Procedures, and training materials.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in areas such as Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Integration.
Applying best practices for Oracle Cloud WMS across all functional aspects.
Supporting post-go-live hypercare, optimization efforts, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Some travel may be necessary for this position, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of experience with Oracle WMS, including a minimum of 3 years focused on Oracle Cloud WMS.
A minimum of 5 years in configuring processes like receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and inventory controls.
A minimum of 5 years working with integrations involving ERP, OTM, TMS, and automation systems.
A proven track record leading Oracle WMS Cloud implementations or rollouts for at least 5 years.
At least 4 years of experience facilitating CRPs, design workshops, and discussions with business stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience (12 years) if holding an Associate’s Degree (minimum 6 years required).
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:
Experience with warehouse automation technologies (Conveyors, AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs, Robotics).
Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud SCM and Oracle WMS Cloud.
Expertise in related Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, OTM, Manufacturing).
Background in supply chain transformation, distribution operations, or logistics engineering.
Experience leading global teams across various time zones.
