What You'll Do:
As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you'll benefit from hands-on training and guidance, building essential skills to provide compassionate care to our residents. This is an entry-level position that allows you to earn while you learn under the direction of experienced healthcare professionals. You'll participate in classes, lab sessions, and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in training programs to acquire vital knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
Learn and practice fundamental nursing skills under supervision
Assist nursing staff in delivering daily care to residents
Support residents with daily activities, including bathing and grooming
Work with the care team to ensure the health and well-being of residents

Qualifications for a Nursing Assistant Trainee include:
